About the position:

We are now looking for experienced process operators for one of our clients in the tobacco industry. As a process operator, you will work in a facility that operates around the clock, where you play an important role in ensuring efficient and quality production. The work is done according to a rotating schedule, and we appreciate your flexibility with working hours. Primarily, the work will be scheduled for night shifts.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and optimizing production processes
• Troubleshooting and taking action in case of deviations
• Working with automated systems
• Quality control and documentation
• Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth production

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in process work and automation (requirement)
• Has a completed high school education in a technical field, or has upgraded this afterwards
• Has good computer skills
• Masters Swedish in speech and writing
• Is cooperative, flexible, mature, and self-driven
